Search Fee Options

  • Retained: For highly customized searches, we operate on a retained fee basis. We serve as your company’s directed recruiting resource. Fee is computed at 30% of first-year compensation. You pay us one-third to initiate the search, one-third when the candidate accepts, and the remainder when the candidate begins employment.
  • Contingency:  Based on our market dominance in the Commercial Insurance sector in the Mid Atlantic region, we prefer to work on a 100% Contingency basis.  We refer candidates who most closely match your company’s requirements. If you hire someone we’ve presented, our fee is 30% of anticipated first year compensation. We will consider a fee rate of 25% in special circumstances and based on exclusive partnering relationships.
